One all-in figure covering the aircraft and crew, positioning flights, fuel, landing and handling fees, and applicable taxes. Items that depend on your choices — special catering, ground transport, overnight crew costs on multi-day trips — are listed separately so you can see what drives them.
Can you arrange transport and hotels as well?
Yes. Our concierge service covers ground transport at both ends, hotel bookings and requests beyond the journey itself. It is arranged through local partners at your destination and coordinated so that it lines up with the actual arrival time, not the scheduled one.
Can I fly with pets?
Usually yes, and that is one of the practical reasons people charter. Pets normally travel in the cabin rather than in a hold. Requirements depend on the destination country and the operator, so tell us at the request stage and we will confirm before you commit.
