Business aviation is not restricted to the airports scheduled airlines use. In the Netherlands and just across the border there are several fields that are quicker to reach and quicker to clear than a major hub, and the closest one to you is often not the biggest.
Rotterdam
Rotterdam The Hague (RTM/EHRD). Close to the Randstad and usually faster on the ground than Schiphol.
Eindhoven
Eindhoven (EIN/EHEH). Convenient for the south of the country and for Belgian and German border regions.
Anywhere else

How fast do you reply?
Quote requests are answered within 15 minutes, which is the standard Mondial Jets sets for itself. General questions are usually answered the same hour. Outside office hours the same channels are monitored, because charter requests rarely arrive between nine and five.
Which channel should I use?
WhatsApp for anything urgent or in motion — it keeps the whole trip in one thread. Email when you need a written record or want to attach documents. Phone when it is faster to talk it through than to type it out.
Do you fly from outside the Netherlands?
Yes. Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Eindhoven are common departure points, but we arrange charters from any European airport and worldwide. Tell us where you actually are and we will work out the closest sensible airfield.
